Police Seized your Vehicle Without Being Charged With a Crime

If your vehicle has been seized by the police but you have not yet been charged, there are a couple of avenues that we could try to take. It's important to understand that they have the ability to seize that vehicle if they have probable cause or a reasonable belief that that car was involved in some type of criminal activity. That same probable cause will be used to obtain a search warrant to search that car if you don't give them consent, which we would not give.
