Charged with Offense Never Served with a Complaint

Uh, if you've been charged with an offense but have never been served with a complaint, you can expect that at some point, if you don't hire an attorney to deal with this, that the police will be knocking at your door and serving that arrest warrant on you and bringing you down to the station and possibly putting you in jail. Unfortunately, there will be no bail set until you are actually processed So it's important to hire an attorney that has experience dealing with both that police department and the judge that's there prior to that bail being set so you don't wind up spending any time in jail.
