State v. EAG (2026)
Charged with DWI, Reckless Driving and numerous other motor vehicle tickets.
After obtaining an expert report, convinced the municipal prosecutor to dismiss the DWI and plead to Reckless Driving. A DWI had serious immigration consequences for EAG.
