State v. J.L. (2026)
After negotiations with the prosecutor, the Aggravated Assault indictment was dismissed and JL plead guilty to Obstruction, a disorderly persons offense.
JL was sentenced to fines and penalties only.
Most importantly, the violation of PTI was dismissed and JL was allowed to continue in the PTI program.
