Client Has Third Degree Theft by Deception Charge Dismissed

Charged with Theft by Deception, a 3rd degree offense.

VF was charged with other individuals and accused of deceiving a town’s bank to pay a car loan.  Jason A. Volet was able to prove to the State that VF had no involvement in this behavior and all charges dismissed by the assistant prosecutor.
