State v. KSP (2023)
KSP was originally charged with Possession of CDS, a 3rd degree offense; Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS, a 3rd degree offense; and a number of disorderly person offenses related to CDS.
Prior to Jason A. Volet’s representation of KSP, he entered the Pre-trial Intervention Program (PTI) with a different attorney. After being terminated from PTI, Jason A. Volet took over representation, as the case started over. Due to investigative work pointing out deficiencies in the State’s case and suppression issues, all charges were subsequently dismissed by the assistant prosecutor
