State v. TS (2022)
TS was falsely charged by an ex on at least 7 different occasions with contempt and harassment, resulting in numerous periods of incarceration. After an exhaustive investigation by Jason, including working with both the assistant prosecutor and detectives, all charges were dropped, as they were proven to be entirely false. The ex was arrested and convicted for this unconscionable behavior.
