They can also be proven through Psycho-Physical Tests. I advise clients as a New Jersey DWI Traffic Stop Attorney that these tests include an HGN Test, a Heal-to-Toe Walk Test, and a One-Legged Foot Raise Test. The HGN Test requires you to follow an object with your eyes, while your head remains in a fixed position. The HGN Test cannot be used to prove your guilt, but the other two tests can be used to prove your guilt.
